Despite star batter Virat Kohli’s scintillating century, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) was shown the exit door by Gujurat Titans (GT) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). Chasing a victory target of 198 runs, GT completed their victory with six wickets and five balls left in the last league match.

RCB fans were heartbroken following their defeat and eventually elimination from IPL 2023. Virat was also visibly disappointed with the team’s exit. Hours after RCB’s defeat, Virat and his Bolywood actress wife Anushka were spotted at the airport while they were heading home.

Virat was visibly heartbroken when Anushka walked close to him. The couple did not pose for the cameras. Moreover, Anushka was seen cracking a joke at some point and trying to make Virat smile. However, Virat was so upset with the defeat and his team’s elimination that he didn’t even respond to Anushka’s jokes.

Notably, Anushka was present at the stadium during the high-octane match between RCB and GT on Sunday night. The actress was seen cheering husband Virat. She was even seen blowing kisses at him as he scored a brilliant century from just 61 balls. Anushka has been Virat’s biggest cheerleader throughout IPL 2023. The actress has hardly missed a match.
