Recently, former IAS officer Vivek Atray shared his heartwarming experience of meeting MS Dhoni.

Appearing on Raj Shamani’s ‘Figuring Out Podcast’, Atray revealed that during a casual meeting, he found Dhoni engrossed in watching the children’s cartoon ‘Hanuman’ with friends.

“When I was in Chandigarh administration, I had gone to meet Dhoni. He was staying at Hotel Mountview in Chandigarh. He asked me to come and meet him in his room. He was with some of his friends and watching the Hanuman cartoon on the TV. He was the captain of CSK. He was so calm. We met him, took photos, and then he started watching Hanuman again,” Atray recalled.

This revelation has showcased a new aspect of Dhoni’s personality, demonstrating his ability to find joy in simple pleasures despite being such a celebrated cricketer.

On the professional front, MS Dhoni is once again hogging the limelight for his classic 20 runs against Mumbai Indians (MI) which was laced with three sixes. The massive back-to-back hat-trick sixes reminded fans of his prime good old days.
