Team India’s star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was ruled out from the team after he suffered a hamstring injury during the first Test against England. Jadeja is currently working hard on his rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru.

Providing insights into his recovery journey, Jadeja has been actively sharing updates through photos and videos on social media. In a recent post, he expressed optimism with a double thumbs up.
