MS Dhoni offers prayers at Deori Maa Temple in Ranchi, shares cute moment with baby – Watch

Captain Cool MS Dhoni, who is gearing up for IPL 2024, recently visited Deori Maa Temple in Ranchi and offered prayers. With just a few days left for the IPL, everyone’s favourite ‘Mahi’ visited the temple and sought the blessings of Deori Maa.

Fans went crazy as soon as he was seen in the temple and there was a heavy rush for selfies. However, the cricket legend maintained his humility and left the temple after offering prayers as fans continued to take his pictures and videos.

He put on a smiling face despite being chased by hundreds of fans for selfies and autographs. He also shared a cute special moment with a baby who was with her father. The former Indian captain caressed and smiled at her, even as she curiously continued to look at him.

The Chennai Super Kings captain who led his team to win IPL 2023 for a record-equalling fifth time has started his preparations for the upcoming IPL season. With his terrific performance in the last IPL, he had made it clear that he would be playing the 2024 edition after getting showered with love from fans across India.

He has been spotted training hard and the World Cup-winning captain’s return to CSK will bring joy and cheers to the fans. He had gone through knee surgery and is currently going through rehab and is expected to be a match-fit well ahead of IPL 2024.

“He is doing well now. He has started his rehab. He started working out in the gym. And, probably in another 10 days he’ll start working on the net also,” CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan was quoted by The Indian Express.
