The greatest technique to clean, soften, and smooth skin is with a facial, which not only improves skin texture but also its elasticity. It promotes the disappearance of blemishes while also hydrating and exfoliating your skin. Even if you don't have time to go to the parlour to get rid of your exhaustion from all the work you have to do, you can take out a little time to do your own facial. Scroll down to see how:

1. Face Cleansing

Tie up your hair properly before starting. The most important and first step of a facial is cleansing.

  • Wash your face with a gentle cleanser. If you don't have a cleanser, use a mixture of 2 teaspoons of curd, 1 teaspoon of honey, and half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • Apply this paste on the face and wash the face after 10 minutes. This will help to remove the dirt from the face and clean the face.

2. Exfoliation

After this, if you have a scrub, massage your face with it.

  • Massage the face gently without rubbing vigorously.
  • You make a scrub at home too. Take two spoons of milk, and add one spoon of gram flour or lentil flour to it.
  • Mix it well with some honey, apply this scrub to your face
  • Wash it off with cold water

3.  Massage and face pack

After cleaning and scrubbing the face, it’s time for a massage which can be done with your usual moisturiser. Now it’s time to apply the pack

  • Apply Multani mitti or any other fruit face pack for a few minutes
  • When the face pack starts to dry, wash your face
  • Reapply the moisturiser.
  • After this, avoid sunny, dusty places for at least a day.

Usually, the instant glow following a facial lasts for 48 to 72 hours. This is a result of the skin's cleanliness and intense hydration. The vigorous rubbing performed throughout the facial has also increased circulation, allowing new blood to supply fresh nutrients to the cells. Time for you to try it now.
