Most people on a diet prefer to skip egg yolk and only consume egg whites for increasing their protein intake. However, when you skip egg yolk you feel hungry much quicker and are more likely to eat dishes that are not good for health.
Fruit juices are considered extremely healthy. Do you remember how every rich household from the movies has a jar of juice on their dining table? But in reality, it is better to eat fruits than drink fruit juices because when you make juice the fiber and flesh are lost, and as a result, you do not feel satiated.
Naturally, you start feeling hungry after some time.
For working women, quick-fix breakfast cereals are just perfect to save time. Most of their packaging also promotes that they are rich in fibers and all the vital nutrients. However, they are loaded with lots of sugar and preservatives that tend to trigger hunger pangs after a short time.
Low-fat yogurt from the shelf can be rich in prebiotics or probiotics but they also have lots of sugar which triggers hunger pangs very fast.
