She is one of the few actresses who has worked in both the South film industries and Bollywood. Instead of limiting herself to one industry, she is making her presence felt everywhere and is ruling the hearts of millions.
Apart from decorating the headlines for her marvelous performances, Mrunal Thakur is often in the news for her relationship status. Although it is unclear if the actress is currently dating someone or single, she had earlier revealed how she was dumped for being an actress.
Speaking to popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as ‘Beer Biceps’, she once revealed how her ex-boyfriend left her for her profession.
“He ran away, he was like ‘you are too impulsive, I can’t deal with this. You are an actress, I can’t deal with this,” the Sita Ramam actress quipped.
“But I understand where he is coming from – a very orthodox background. And I don’t blame him, I think it’s his upbringing. In a way, it’s good that the chapter ended. Because in the future, when we raise our kids, his upbringing would not be the same as my upbringing towards my kids,” she further added.
She went to say, “In order to be with the right one, you have to be with the wrong ones first. You need to know what works for you and what doesn’t.”
Earlier, there were reports that Mrunal was seeing her ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ co-star Arjit Taneja. However, there has been no confirmation in this regard. Similarly, there have been reports that Mrunal is a very close friend of actor Kushal Tandon.
