War 2: Salman, Shah Rukh, Hrithik to unite in YRF spy universe extravaganza

Ayan Mukerji's directorial ‘War 2’ will witness the unprecedented collaboration of Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Hrithik Roshan within the YRF Spy Universe. 

According to reports by IndiaToday.in, War 2 will bring Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan together on the big screen for the first time. As per the portal, Ayan will kick-start the shooting for this ambitious project in October.

Sources reveal that the muhurat for 'War 2' has already taken place with Ayan eyeing a swift commencement of filming this month. While Hrithik Roshan is presently in Italy for 'Fighter,' he is expected to return soon for 'War 2' shoot. The film is set to feature NTR Jr and Kiara Advani alongside Hrithik Roshan in pivotal roles.

In a groundbreaking move, 'War 2' will showcase Hrithik Roshan's Kabir alongside two other superspies – Salman Khan's Tiger and Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan. This monumental union of the three megastars marks a significant milestone as Ayan Mukerji's directorial becomes the first film in the YRF Spy Universe to bring them together on-screen.

The source added, “The epic Tiger X Pathaan X Kabir union onscreen will happen in War 2.” However, there is no official confirmation yet.

With the colossal success of 'Pathaan,' which crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark worldwide, YRF aims to elevate its game further with 'War 2.' The sequel to the 2019 blockbuster, 'War 2' is anticipated to hit screens in 2024 end or early 2025.
