Superstar Salman Khan has returned to roar at the box office with Tiger 3, on the auspicious day of Diwali. Releasing in 8900 screens worldwide, Tiger 3 has already started shattering box office records and fans cannot keep calm.

The ‘darling’ of masses, Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 is receiving super positive reviews and extraordinary word of mouth from fans who watched the first day first show.

With solid action pieces, superb cameos of SRK as Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan as Kabir, Tiger 3 is touted to be the biggest dhamaka fans can expect this Diwali.

Theatres are now going housefull with fans going crazy to get a glance of Salman as Tiger. Videos of fans celebrating, cutting cakes and dancing outside movie theatres have taken over social media. While Tiger 3 is turning out to be a winner and lives up to the humongous hype, the spy thriller may fail to beat SRK’s Pathaan.

Known for releasing movie on Eid, superstar Salman Khan in a rare move has released Tiger 3 on Diwali that too on a Sunday. The advance booking of the movie got a bumper response with final advance booking expected to be around Rs 23 crore with over 8.50 lakh tickets being sold.

Going by the numbers, trade analysts expect the much-awaited movie to earn around Rs 40 crore in India on its first day which is very less as compared to Pathaan. While Rs 40 crore is record-breaking for the festive day of Diwali, Pathaan had collected Rs 57 crore on day 1 in India.

If the word of mouth of Tiger 3 is positive, nothing can stop the film to create havoc at the box office. Directed by Fan and Shuddh Desi Romance fame director Maneesh Sharma, Tiger 3 is the third installment of the Tiger franchise and also has Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in pivotal roles.
