According to a Bollywood Life report, an insider disclosed Samantha's firm stance on focusing solely on her professional endeavours, emphasizing her desire to sever ties with her ex-husband.
The Family Man 2 actress wants to keep no connection with her past as she has moved on and give hope to their fans who still root for them as a couple.
"Samantha will never talk about her past and she wants the chatter only around her professional life, Sam and Chay have both moved on, and they want their fans to get over them as well and not hope for any reconciliation. Recently at an Amazon Prime event too, Sam and Chay both had planned their schedules and made sure they did not bump into each other so that they are not written about. Samantha has come a long way and is coping with her health and she is extremely focused only on making her acting career stronger," the source was quoted as saying.
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya meticulously planned their schedules in a way that they remained separate, preventing any unwanted attention.
Earlier, Naga Chaitanya had expressed discomfort with the constant attention on their personal lives, urging fans to redirect their focus during an interview.
“She is a lovely person and deserves all happiness. It is only when the media speculates that things get awkward between us. In the public eye, that mutual respect is taken away. That’s what I feel bad about,” said Chay.
