Rashmika Mandanna opts out of Telugu movie for Shahid Kapoor?

Everyone’s favourite ‘Srivalli’ aka Rashmika Mandanna is one of the most sought-after actresses. With back-to-back hits, the South siren has carved a niche for herself in a very short span of time.

She is one of the few actresses who has worked with most of the big stars down South. After enthralling audience in the south industry, Rashmika is currently trying her luck in Bollywood. Meanwhile, reports suggest that the gorgeous beauty has left a Telugu movie for ‘Kabir Singh’ actor Shahid Kapoor.

Recently, there were reports that the ‘Pushpa’ actress had opted out of Telugu movie opposite Nithiin for a Hindi film starring Shahid Kapoor.

A news article was shared on X, formerly known as Twitter that read, “Rashmika opted out of #Nithiin-Venky Kudumula’s film citing date issues, she chose to do Shahid Kapoor’s film over this, but as per latest reports, the Hindi film has been called off due to budgeting reasons. She has #Animal and #PushpaTheRule coming up.”

Replying to the news, Rashmika wrote, “This was confirmed by anyone? Because it’s about me… I can say it’s not true.”

Now that Rashmika has herself shut down the rumours, fans can see the stunning diva paired opposite Nithiin for the second time after the success of ‘Bheeshma’.

On the other hand, the actress has completed her portion of shoot for Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Animal’, the much-awaited gangster film that is slated to release on December 1.

Apart from Ranbir and Rashmika, the film will also see Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Tripti Dimri in pivotal roles.
