Not just ‘Mannat’, Shah Rukh Khan also owns massive house ‘Jannat’ in Dubai

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat is unarguably one of the most iconic residences in India. The sea-facing house located at Bandra West is one of the most visited places in Mumbai.

Over the years, the dreamy abode has become one of the key attractions for the fans. Fans from across the globe make it a point to visit Mannat and click pictures during their visit to Mumbai. 

Mannat boasts a classy mix of vintage, old-school architecture, and modern contemporary design spread across 27000 sqft.

In several interviews, SRK has spoken about the struggles he faced while purchasing Mannat and what it means to him. Another key highlight of Mannat is SRK’s waving place where he meets, greets, and waves at his fans, especially on his birthdays, Eid and Diwali.

However, not many know that apart from Mannat, Shah Rukh also owns a property in Dubai that is known as ‘Jannat’. Yes, you read that right! SRK who is a frequent visitor to Dubai does not live in any hotel, he has a villa named ‘Jannat’.

The lavish villa in the Palm Jumeirah area was gifted to him by his die-hard fan and property giant Nakheel in 2007. With an exclusive beach view, Jannat is spread across a 14000 sq ft plot with six bedrooms and a private pool.

Every time, he visits Dubai, SRK prefers to stay in Jannat instead of staying in some hotel. This apart, he also owns real estate in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Alibaug.

On the work front, SRK is gearing up for the release of his upcoming Jawan which is one of the most awaited films of the year.

The film is expected to break the records of his own film Pathaan, the biggest blockbuster of 2023.
