Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his upcoming action-thriller movie Jawan, also starring Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. While SRK seems to be quite excited about his project with Atlee, his daughter Suhana Khan is all set to make her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies.
However, the hype around Sujoy Ghosh’s yet-to-be-titled flick, in which Suhana Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will be seen together, remains high.
Ghosh, who is known for his hit movies like Kahaani 2 and Badla, earlier announced that he would be directing his upcoming movie which stars Suhana and SRK. Well, now new updates have come to the fore.
As per a report in India Today, SRK’s role in Ghosh’s movie will not be limited to just being a cameo. The Pathaan actor will have an extended role in the movie, which is similar to what he played in Alia Bhatt-starrer Dear Zindagi.
India Today quoted a source as saying, “SRK is not making a cameo in Sujoy Ghosh’s next. In fact, his role will be a pivotal one, which helps Suhana’s character in the movie.”
Certain other reports claim that Ghosh’s movie will be a thriller spy movie. A statement read, “Sujoy’s film will be a spy thriller with Suhana taking on the lead role as a spy. Every spy needs a handler and guess who Suhana’s handler will be in the movie? It is none other than Shah Rukh Khan!”
Well, fans need to wait for an official confirmation from the makers or SRK.
