The gorgeous beauty, who played a pivotal role in Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots, recently opened up about slapping the Mr. Perfectionist. She was seen as Kareena Kapoor’s elder sister in the movie.
Her most important scene came at the end when she goes into labour and Rancho (Aamir Khan) modifies a vacuum cleaner into a venthouse and delivers the baby.

Sharing a funny behind-the-scene, Mona said, “I was supposed to slap Aamir. Then I slapped him but it wasn’t that hard and he was like, ‘Asli vala thappad maro’. I went full Sardarni josh and slapped him. While he continued with his acting, his bodyguard kept on staring at me and I was like ‘sorry’.”
She further revealed how all the stars in 3 Idiots did not act ‘starry’ and were so grounded. In the same interview, she revealed of getting her eggs frozen.
“My gynecologist came over for dinner with his wife and told my parents and me that you should think of freezing your eggs. Because yes, the clock is ticking, and even if you don’t want to get married in the next five years, at least you have this. You have frozen your eggs and whenever you want to have a baby, you can always rely on that,” Mona recalled.
“So, I was like okay! This kind of makes sense,” she added.
