On the other hand, Big B bringing to life the enigmatic Ashwatthama with his unmatched intensity is a treat to watch. Adding to the excitement, Tollywood comedy king Brahmanandam is also a part of the highly-anticipated movie.

The Trailer

The trailer opens with a glimpse of Kaashi, the first and last city in the world. The city ruled by a king (Saswata Chatterjee) has all the amenities-water, food and shelter. People from far-off lands are struggling to make their way to the city and get aid from the king. Next, the trailer reveals more about Ashwatthama (Amitabh Bachchan), who sets out on a mission to save an unborn baby, the god himself.

Further, the trailer shows a pregnant woman (Deepika Padukone) who meets Ashwatthama and the legendary warrior kneels down before her. The next visuals shows Ashwatthama entering the arena and lifting up multiple men with his bare hands. Meanwhile, Bhairava also enters the frame adding a humorous touch.

Further, it is revealed in the trailer that Disha Patani is playing the love interest of Bhairava. And the King's rulership is threatened by the to-be-born baby. The king sets a bounty on Deepika's character and appoints Bhairava for the task. Towards the end of the trailer, Nag Ashwin gives a glimpse into Kamal Haasan's devilish character, who hints at the approaching 'new era.'

Well, as the trailer suggests, there will be a face-off between Amitabh Bachchan and  Prabhas. While Ashwatthama's quest is to save the unborn baby, Bhairava will fight to claim his reward. It will definitely be a treat to watch the greatest battle paving the way for a new age.
