The Higher Education Department has issued guidelines and timeline for the phase 4 admission into degree colleges (+3 first year) for the academic session 2022-23. The phase 4 admission will be conducted for the remaining vacant seats.

Eligibility

- Applicants, who previously applied in Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 admission, but not selected due to various reasons.

- Applicants, who were previously selected and not taken admissions in Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 process.

- Applications who could not apply during Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 admission process.

As per the guidelines, once a candidate takes admission in this phase, he/she cannot take CLC to admit elsewhere during this phase. There is no slide up or slide across provision. It is mandatory for the applicants to take admission in any one of their selected higher educational institutions by depositing admission fees at the time of admission.

Timeline for Phase 4 Admission

Availability of online common application form (CAF): December 10

Last date of applying online CAF: December 12, 2022

Publication of waitlisted applications in HEIs e space (10 times the actual vacancy as on December 9): December 15

Reporting of waitlisted applicants along with relevant documents in respective HEIs for taking admission: December 16 and December 17, 2022

Validation of documents, final admission and data updation of the waitlisted applicants in e-space: December 19 and December 20, 2022
