The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on Friday extended the date for online form fill-up for appearing for Annual HS Examination, 2023. The extension comes in the wake of several representations from a number of students and institutions to extend the form fill-up deadline.

“After careful consideration of proposal of a number of HS institutions and representations of a number of students to extend online form fill-up date so as to give another chance to the students aspiring to appear at the ensuing Annual examination 2023 but could not filled up form due to some reasonable problems, it has been decided to extend on-line form fill-up date with fine of Rs.450 per student,” CHSE notification read.

Key Dates

Form fill-up: 12.1.2.2022 to 17.12.2022 (With fine of Rs.450 per student)

Deposit of fees through SB Collect: 19.12.2022 to 20.12.2022 (With fine of Rs.450 per student)

Submission of form fill-up documents: 21.12.2022 to 22.12.2022

Meanwhile, CHSE has asked Principal/Headmasters of all HS Schools affiliated to the Council to inform all eligible students in Arts, Science, Commerce, Vocational and Correspondence course who failed to fill-up forms as per revised schedule with fine of Rs. 450 per student.

In another notice, CHSE has also directed school officials to ensure that all CCTV Cameras installed earlier in the examination halls/ rooms/ laboratories/strong rooms of EMHs are functioning properly. The officials have been asked to install CCTV cameras if not done so far and update CCTV status of concerned instutions by December 30, 2022.

“Colleges/ HS Schools failing to comply with the CCTV status will not be given the link for downloading admit cards of their students appearing for AHSE Exam, 2023. The Autonomous colleges which were declared as Examination Management Hub in 2022 are also required to take necessary arrangements in their respective Hub,” the CHSE notice added.
