"It seems that Digvijay Singh, who is speaking too much these days, is himself getting deep into a quagmire of corruption," BJP general secretary Ravi Shanker Prasad told reporters here.
"The Jabalpur High Court has ordered an inquiry against him in corruption cases as he overlooked norms in construction of a mall in Indore when he was the Chief Minister (of Madhya Pradesh)," he alleged.
He said the order also states that a charge sheet should be filed in the matter.
"The Congress should tell in which capacity Singh is speaking... Whose line is he toeing -- Sonia Gandhi`s, Manmohan Singh`s, Rahul Gandhi`s or none of them," he asked.
"He (Digvijay) is known for first attacking and then retreating. We have all seen this in the cases of Lokpal Bill and (Justice) Santosh Hegde," the BJP leader said.
Prasad demanded that Singh should first answer about his own conduct and then question the BJP. "He keeps mum on all the scams related to the Centre whether it`s 2G or CWG," he alleged.
