‘Mera farmhouse ke chakar…’: Tanushree Dutta’s shocking viral statement on Salman Khan?

Actress Tanushree Dutta, who became one of the leading voices of the #MeToo movement in India, has once again stirred controversy with her fiery remarks. In a viral video circulating on social media, the actress is seen making scathing allegations against unnamed industry figures, accusing them of exploiting their power and influence to destroy careers in Bollywood.

In the video, Tanushree says, “Hamara talwe chate wajar tum famous kese ho gayi, hamara farmhouse ke chakar kate wajar, tumko heroine ka darja Bollywood mein kaise mil gaya, hamare recommendation ke wajar, tum heroine bhi ban gayi, tum star bhi ban gayi… Sahen nahin hota unko.. unki atma andar se jal rahi hoti hai.”

She goes on to add that such individuals will eventually face punishment, either through imprisonment or by other means, remarking, “Toh, tu jal ab, tu anant kal tak jalega… tune itni saari logon ka beeda garat kar diya, ab tu marega ya jail jayega.”

Though Tanushree did not explicitly name anyone, many social media users and fans believe that her remarks were directed at superstar Salman Khan. The references to 'farmhouse' and 'recommendations in Bollywood' have fueled speculation, given Khan’s well-known influence in the industry.

Salman Khan’s supporters, however, have dismissed the claims as baseless and have rallied in his defence online. Industry insiders, too, have remained tight-lipped, neither confirming nor denying the allegations.

Tanushree, who earlier accused actor Nana Patekar of harassment in 2018, has continued to call out what she describes as the toxic culture of Bollywood. Whether her latest outburst leads to another storm in the film industry remains to be seen, but one thing is clear—her statements have once again brought her into the spotlight.
