Shiv Sena members Subhash Wankhede and Bhawana Gawli were in the aisle waving placards demanding trains between Nanded and Wardha, and Mumbai and Akola.
Question Hour could not take place in Rajya Sabha as members from BJP and Shiromani Akali Dal forced adjournment of the Upper House protesting the killing of Sikhs in Rewari.
As soon as the House commenced, members from these opposition parties led by Deputy Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha S S Ahluwalia raised the issue waving newspapers.
They demanded that Home Minister P Chidambaram be called in the House and asked to respond.
Some members from these parties like Rudra Narayan Pany (BJP) and Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa (SAD) also came to the Well shouting slogans.
Ahluwalia had earlier submitted a notice for adjournment of Question Hour.
Chairman Hamid Ansari tried to take up the first listed question but as the din continued and opposition members did not relent, he adjourned the House till noon.
