Odisha Police Recruitment Board (OPRB) Chairman Sudhanshu Sarangi announced that the re-examination of Paper I in CPSE 2018 has been postponed because of software issues.

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced the schedule of the much-awaited Assistant Section Officer (ASO) examination which was earlier postponed due to the prevailing flood situation in the State. 

As per the SSC notice, the aspirants can submit online applications from today (August 20) and the last date is September 5, 2022.

Interested and eligible candidates have been asked to apply for the multiple positions that are on offer only through online mode.

The last date to apply for over 120 posts in the High Court is September 17, 2022.

Candidates will be called upon to join for training as per merit list, however, in case, selected candidates do not join, candidates from the Waiting List will be called upon to join

This comes as no surprise, after a frenzy of hiring and a tight labour market over the past few years, as "executives see the distinction between having people and having people with the right skills".

Candidates can download the application form from the official site of ESIC on esic.nic.in.

Eligible candidates can apply for the posts by visiting the official website of PNB- pnbindia.in on or before August 30.

All the qualified candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online, which will soon be made available on the Commission’s website

While aspirants are eagerly waiting for a formal announcement regarding the fresh date of the examination, OTV has accessed an official document on the tentative date of the much-awaited examination.  

The Odisha government has decided that the pattern of the OCS Examination shall be made in the line with the pattern followed by UPSC.

After finding aspirants making mistakes in the OMR sheets, the UPSC recently shared some of the common mistakes that students often do.

UPSC said that OTR will prove beneficial for the candidates in a number of ways.
