Sushant Singh Rajput signed for Hirani's 'Peekay'

Mumbai: Popular TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput will be seen alongside Aamir Khan in Rajkumar Hirani's next film 'Peekay'.

Sushant shot to fame with his role as Manav Deshmukh in Ekta Kapoor's hit show 'Pavitra Rishta'.

With 'Rock On' fame director Abhishek Kapoor, Sushant is making his debut as an actor in Bollywood with 'Kai Po Che', where he playing the lead.

Even before this film hits cinema houses next year, Sushant has bagged a role in Rajkumar Hirani's 'Peekay'."Yes...Sushant has been signed for 'Peekay'," sources close to the project told PTI, without divulging details of his role in the film.

There was a buzz in B-town that Aamir's nephew actor Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor were considered for this role.For leading roles in 'Peekay' Aamir and Anushka Sharma have been finalised. Currently, Sushant is wrapping up his debut movie.
