Talking about the film directed by Prabhudheva, Executive Director, Marketing Studios, Disney UTV Shikha Kapur said this evening, "We are delighted to have partnered with Dollar Industries for a co-branded campaign for our film Rowdy Rathore, which marks the return of Akshay to action genre after seven long years," she said.
"There is a strong synergy since both the Akshay-starrer and the hosiery major`s innerwear are mass market products with an appeal that transcends class and geography in the country," she added.
"The sales of our product went up with the campaigns done by our Brand Ambassador, Akshay Kumar. He has proved to be a talisman for the brand.

A facebook campaign is being run on the film, to be released worldwide on June 1, by the brand, wherein one needs keep sharing the pictures of Rowdy Rathore to participate in the contest and answer simple questions about the movie to win free movie tickets and exciting prizes.
