Black Pulsar gang active in Jajpur?

Jajpur: After unleashing terror in the busy streets of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, the ‘Black Pulsar’ gang now seems to have become active in Jajpur district. Following an incident involving two criminals on ‘Black Pulsar’ who allegedly snatched a bag containing gold and silver ornaments from a jeweller, such an apprehension is now giving nightmares to the residents.

Reportedly, one Ramakant Panda, who runs a small jewellery shop at Birajahaat, was opening his shop this morning when two bike-borne miscreants snatched his bag containing 500 grams of gold and 2 kg silver ornaments.

As per reports, Panda used to take the entire jewellery home after closing the shop every night. It is being suspected that the miscreants were aware of such habit of the jewellery shop owner and had been closely monitoring his routine activities.

Getting information, senior police officials reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the incident.
