Truck Plunges Into River in Odisha, Driver Dead

An iron-laden truck lost its balance and plunged into a river after one of its tyres burst when the vehicle was on NH-53 at Parjang in Odisha’s Dhenkanal district. The driver of this ill-fated truck was killed in the accident. The deceased Manas Ranjan Dhibar, was a resident of Pallahara area. Following hours-long rescue op, the body was recovered by the fire services personnel.
