Bhubaneswar: Cobra Inside Sealed Electric Meter Box Rescued Safely

A 4-feet long cobra was rescued from a house in Bhubaneswar’s Brahmeshwarpatna area on Tuesday (Nov 2). As per reports, one of the family members of the house noticed the snake slithering and entering into the electric meter box. Immediately they contacted the Snake Helpline members.

However, nothing much could be done as the electric meter box was sealed with the snake stuck in it. The Snake Helpline contacted the electricity department officials, who reached the spot and broke off the seal. The Snake Helpline members then carefully rescued the snake and released it into the wild.
