The annual matriculation or the class 10 summative assessment II examination is currently underway. Surprisingly, thousands of students did not turn up at the examination centres to appear for the crucial board examination. If reports are anything to go by, around 14000 students had skipped the first paper of the board exam.

According to a notification issued by Odisha Information and Public Relations (I&PR) department, the morning classes will start at 7 am and will continue till 11.30 am.
It is pertinent to mention here that the CBSE annually provides the curriculum for Classes 9 to 12 containing academic content, syllabus for examinations with learning outcomes, pedagogical practices, and assessment guidelines.
The notification is issued every year as there is a provision to promote children from Class one to eight to the next class under the Right to Education Act. They cannot fail under any circumstances.
These two ‘self-styled’ institutions operating in Tamil Nadu’s Kuttalam are allegedly offering various courses in gross violation of the UGC act.
