Also on Monday, the Prime Minister spoke to Zelensky and expressed deep concern about the ongoing conflict and resultant humanitarian crisis, according to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office.
The Ukrainian Defence Ministry on Friday said that at least 9,166 Russian personnel have been killed since Moscow began its military assault on Kiev nine days ago.
The attack, which came on the ninth day of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, has been condemned by world leaders.

The joint readout said the Quad leaders discussed the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and assessed its broader implications.
According to Ukrainska Pravda, Ukrainian troops have continued to defend Chernihiv and Nizhyn, but the situation in the Vyshhorod area just outside of Kiev is tense.
The Quad has been focusing on cooperation in areas such as producing vaccines, connectivity projects, facilitating the mobility of students, and looking at promoting startups and technology collaboration.
The Russian demands come amidst the nation's invasion of Ukraine, an action that has been vehemently condemned by many countries around the world, including the US and UK.
"We have not received any reports of any hostage situation regarding any student. We have requested support of the Ukrainian authorities in arranging special trains for taking out students from Kharkiv and neighbouring areas to the western part of the country.
India has been evacuating its citizens through special flights from Ukraine's western neighbours such as Romania, Hungary and Poland as the Ukrainian airspace has been shut since February 24 due to the Russian military offensive.
This was the fourth abstention by India on a vote on the Ukraine issue at the UN -- the other three at the Security Council where India is an elected member.
Reports have come from Ukraine of people refusing to leave without their companion animals and travelled great distances facing the bitter cold and risks of war carrying their pets, sometimes even in their arms, trying to find a safe route out.
Anticipating the enormity of the situation in Ukraine as around 14,000 Indian nationals are still in the war-torn country, the government officials said that the IAF is ready with an evacuation plan.
