Family pays last respects to Odia IAF jawan Rana Pratap Das after motal remains were brought to Krushnachandrapur, Talcher.

The last rites of CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife and Brig LS Lidder is being held in Delhi today, however since the bodies of the remaining 10 others are yet to be identified, the mortal remains of Rana Pratap has been kept in Army Base Hospital in Delhi. 

In another major update, reports reveal that an Odia Jawan was among the 13 persons who lost their lives in the helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu’s Coonoor on Wednesday. The deceased jawan Rana Pratap Das, hailed from Talcher area in Angul district, and was serving as a Junior Warrant Officer in the Indian Air Force.
