The 46-year-old businessman was lodged in Arthur Road Jail in central Mumbai under judicial custody.

The businessman, in the plea, had claimed there was no evidence of him being "actively" involved in creation of alleged questionable porn content and that he was being made a "scapegoat" in the case.

Shilpa's new post is an addition to the series of cryptic notes she has been sharing on Instagram since her husband Raj Kundra's arrest in a case involving pornographic filmmaking. 

Kundra and Thorpe were arrested last month and remanded initially to police custody, and subsequently to judicial custody

After the case came to fore, Shilpa Shetty Kundra resigned from her husband's Viaan Industries, and stepped away from her active entertainment projects involvement, which included a television reality show and her current film.

Raj Kundra was arrested by the Crime Branch after being booked under relevant sections of the IPC and the Information Technology Act, appears to be the key conspirator of the case, he said.
