Opposition parties in Odisha alleged that the State government is planning to implement ‘Sujal’ project in 16 cities on a pilot basis keeping in mind the upcoming Panchayat and urban local body elections.
These projects are expected to provide clean and safe drinking water to 2.57 lakh rural people in 467 villages by 2022.
