OTV’s Rayagada district correspondent, Manoj Patra (55) passed away on Tuesday during treatment at MKCG Hospital in Berhampur. Following his death, Manoj’s relatives alleged that he died due to medical negligence. They claimed that the doctors have misdiagnosed Manoj’s medical condition and neglected him during treatment
