Asked about the newly formed Council of Ministers where Western Odisha had no less than seven ministers (5 Cabinet, 2 MoS), Pattanayak said this is nothing more than vote bank politics which is the forte of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD).
Amid the demands for a complete overhaul and change in Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) leadership, a delegation of the party leaders left for New Delhi on Sunday to meet the high command and put forth their suggestions.
