It is learnt that Tinu, who was charge sheeted in the Moosewala murder case, was brought out of a jail in Mansa town by an in-charge of the CIA and was travelling in a private car on Saturday night without wearing handcuffs and other security personnel when he fled.
In a major breakthrough, Punjab Police and Delhi Police Special Cell arrested three absconding sharp shooter involved in Sidhu Moosewala murder case from West Bengal.
Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil said police teams from four to five states were working together on the case.
Sources said that one Santosh Jadhav, who is a member of the Arun Gawli gang, could be involved in the case.
