Satellite images taken by a US firm of a large Russian military convoy near Ukraine's capital Kiev show that it has been "largely dispersed and redeployed", BBC reported.
The Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 975 Ukrainian military infrastructure objects, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said Sunday.
Russian forces have been instructed to resume their advance into Ukraine "in all directions" after Kiev refused to hold negotiations, the Russian Defence Ministry has said.
"The Ukrainian side has refused to negotiate. This Saturday afternoon Russian forces have resumed their advance in accordance with the plan of the operation," Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Saturday.
Ukraine's Defence Ministry said "the enemy" were in the district of Obolon, about 9km (5.5miles) north of Kiev's parliament in the city centre, the report said.
