The Preliminary Enquiry against former SEBI chairman C B Bhave and its ex-member K M Abraham was registered on the basis of "credible information" to probe alleged irregularities in granting sanction to MCX Stock Exchange, CBI Director Ranjit Sinha said on Thursday
