Notably, a bench headed by Justice KR Mohapatra ruled that the final judgement in connection with the case will be passed on September 15.

The Orissa High Court is likely to order the final judgment in the marital dispute case between actor-turned MP Anubhav Mohanty and his wife Varsha Priyadarshini on September 15.

In a new development in the ongoing marital discord between BJD MP Anubhav Mohanty and Varsha Priyadarshini, the actress on Tuesday informed the Cuttack district-judge court that she will vacate her in-laws' house within a month.

In her complaint, the actress alleged that Anubhav has disobeyed court's directive by sharing his opinion on social media platforms despite prohibitory orders from the court.

After the social media war, the actor-turned-politician now lodged a complaint against Varsha with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) accusing the latter of evading tax by illegal means. In his letter to ED, Anubhav has sought a thorough probe into the matter.

Varsha in her petition claimed that Anubhav has not refrained from targeting her despite High Court’s directive.

He further asked the news portals and YouTube channels not to mislead the general public by publishing such fake, meaningless and fake news.

Both Anubhav and Varsha have also been directed not to make any remarks against each other.

She has made her husband Anubhav Mohanty, Odisha government and the I&B Ministry parties in her petition.

In her grievance, actress Varsha has accused some persons of plotting a conspiracy to denigrate her image in the public. 

In his third video, Anubhav Mohanty vowed to move the Supreme Court to bring forth the truth.

In her complaint, Varsha accused Anubhav of mentally torturing her and uploading videos while the matter is sub-judice.

Cuttack deputy commissioner of police Pinak Mishra said the content of the fresh complaint is being analysed.  

Mohanty went on to add, "After we got married in 2014, she had said that since childhood she feared regarding the physical relationship. She requested me to give her some time to accept me as her husband mentally as well as physically."

The dispute between actor-turned politician Anubhav Mohanty and his actress wife Barsha Priyadarshini has once again come alive after the actor made a series of tweets.

Launching a scathing attack on his wife, the Parliamentarian said, "I came to the mediation centre of the SDJM court for a mediation in connection with the case filed by Varsha. She has also earlier filed two separate cases against me. Even after filing reply to her every petition without dishonouring the dates, no one from her side is receiving the replies.
