Mujahid, speaking at a press conference, said that Panjshir province has been fully captured and added that those who have fled can still join the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
When asked about how he feels about the takeover of the Taliban in Afghanistan, Shinwari said that for the moment, lives are coming to ease as thousands of families living along the border on both sides, banks on the trade movements and activities.
The firings which were extremely heavy and horrific were said to have been carried out on the celebration of the reported collapse of Panjshir province, the only defiant province to resist the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the report said.
