Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik divorce tangled in legal issues?

Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza, who had created a storm with their cross-border relationship and marriage over a decade ago, have been hitting the headlines lately for all wrong reasons. 

While rumours about their divorce have been making rounds, a section of people have also started claiming that the rumours were intentionally created to promote their new show.

Sania and Shoaib were recently spotted together shooting in Dubai for their upcoming show, “The Mirza Malik Show ” for a Pakistan-based OTT platform. So, are the divorce rumours true or the publicity stunt claims are baseless?

While there is no confirmation as of now regarding the divorce, a report from InsideSport.IN claims that the couple will make the official announcement of their divorce but only after sorting out some legal issues. 

Citing sources, it further said that the power couple needs to 'resolve a few resolutions of legal complications'  before they officially get separated.

So, what are the legal issues?

- The couple's prior commitments to appear together in different shows.

- As they have signed contract, the duo needs to complete shooting before filing for divorce.

- Any breach of contract may land Sania-Shoaib in legal trouble.

- Co-parenting their son Izhaan now. They may mutually decide on their kid's custody before heading their separate ways.
