Two held for forging certificate
Bhubaneswar: Two persons including a student were arrested by the Crime Branch of Odisha Police on Monday on charge of producing fake certificate in the Odisha Joint Entrace Examination (OJEE) counselling.
An official release said, one Jafar Sadique allegedly obtained forged certificate in fraudulent manner and attended OJEE conselling, 2013. He also got admission in Techno School, Patrapada, on the outskirts of the city on the basis of these forged documents.
According to the police, Sujit Kumar Mohanty, administrative officer of the technical institute allegedly helped Sadique to get admission by using forged certificate.
During investigation prima facie evidence was made out against the duo for having committed the crime.
