Sambalpur: With two more persons succumbing to critical injuries in the Burla Medical College and Hospital, the death toll in the road mishap incident near Gurupalli has gone up to ten today. The accident occurred around 10.30PM on Monday. Eight persons died on the spot when the vehicle carrying some people of Belpahar had a head-on collision with a speeding truck at Gurupalli on the Sambalpur-Jharsuguda road. Eleven other persons have been admitted to different hospitals. Nine persons have been admitted to the Rengali hospital while two more persons have been shifted to the IGH Hospital in Rourkela.
