Bhubaneswar: The State government today effected a few changes in bureaucracy and appointed IAS officer Rashmita Panda as the new director, Employment-cum-CEO of the Odisha Skill Development Authority.
As many as 4 IAS officers and one OAS officer were transferred and posted to other departments in the bureaucratic rejig.
As per a notification issued by the General Administration department, Rashmita Panda, a 2010 batch IAS officer who was earlier working as Collector and District Magistrate of Sundergarh has been made the new CEO of OSDA.
Patil Rajesh Prabhakar, a 2005 batch IAS officer was appointed as director, special project, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water department. He was earlier working as the director, employment-cum-CEO, Odisha Skill Development Authority.
Similarly, Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, a 2012 batch IAS officer, will now take over as the new Collector and DM of Sundergarh. Prior to this, Kalyan was heading Dhenkanal Collectorate.
IAS Monisha Banerjee of 2013 batch is the new Collector and DM of Sonepur district. She was earlier occupying the post of deputy secretary to Home department.
OAS officer Bhumesh Chandra Behera was appointed as Collector and District Magistrate of Dhenkanal. He was earlier working as PD, DRDA of Sundergarh district.
