Man injured in attack

Dambarudhar Das (29) was returning home on Wednesday evening by a motor cycle when he was hit with a sharp weapon by the attacker who also snatched away the victim`s gold chain and some cash, they said.

Das, who was stabbed while resisting the snatching bid, has been admitted to Ispat General Hospital. No arrest has been made so far and investigation was on, police said.
