Cuttack/Balasore: The High Court today asked the chief of Fine India Company Naseer Khan to personally attend the court on March 21 in connection with the Balasore chit fund case involving crores. The court has directed Naseer Khan to appear with his passport.

The court also asked all directors of the chit fund company including Naseer Khan to appear in the court on March 21 with affidavits on individual assets and income-tax returns. Naseer Khan and the company face charges of laundering public deposits to the tune of Rs 638 crores.

Bollywood actor Naseer Khan was arrested by the police for duping depositors from Balasore and several other areas. Naseer was later granted bail by the court on the condition that he would cooperate with the Crime Branch which has taken up the investigations and the court.

However, it was learnt that Naseer after his release on bail, was trying again to expand his empire and our channel OTV had obtained footages of Naseer conducting a secret meeting of his agents in Bangalore. Amid these developments thousands of depositors in Naseer Khan`s chit fund company await justice from the court.
