Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) will declare results of the annual +2 examination today.
Higher education minister Pardip Panigrahi will officially launch the booklet tomorrow at 10 am at the State secretariat here.

The booklets will then be available at CHSE headquarters in Bhubaneswar and three zonal offices at Sambalpur, Berhampur and Baripada besides JKBK College in Cuttack, sources said.

CHSE officials said, students can also get their results by sending SMS and on CHSE website www.chseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults.nic.in.

Notably, CHSE had engaged nearly 12,000 examiners to check around 21 lakh answer sheets off-line this year at 50 centres. Similarly, It had engaged 3,000 lecturers to check nearly 4,21,000 Science papers online at 28 centres across the State.

“For the first time the evaluation of Science stream answer sheets have been conducted online. Hence copy of the answer sheets will be available on the internet. Students can also download it by submitting required amount of charges,” said Basudev Chatoi, chairman of CHSE, adding that students can also apply for online re-audition and rechecking if they find something wrong in their answer sheets.

More than 3 lakh 72 thousand students from Science, Commerce, Arts and Vocational Education streams have appeared in the test which was conducted in 1,092 centres across the State.
