Tension runs high on Capital Hospital campus

Bhubaneswar: Tension ran high on the premises of Capital Hospital in the city after eunuchs gheraoed Superintendent of the hospital alleging delay in post-mortem of bodies of two persons from the third gender who were killed in a road accident late night on Friday near Khandagiri square here.

Sources said the situation inside the campus of the hospital is under control now following police intervention.

Notably, three persons including two eunuchs were killed and five injured when a speeding truck rammed into another stranded truck on NH-5 near a petrol pump located in between Khandagiri square and Baramunda late last night.
