Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will hold a Special OJEE on Sunday for the vacant seats in engineering, MBA and MCA courses in various colleges across the state.

The test will be held at 11am tomorrow at 16 examination centers spread across five cities – Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur, Sambalpur and Balasore.

Sources said total 10,871 students have applied for the examination.

This year, around 33,000 B.Tech, 3,420 MBA and 2,417 seats remain vacant after the counselling for JEE(Main) qualifiers.

The results will be declared on September 9. Qualified candidates can download their rank card and register for counselling on September 10. Counselling will be held from September 10 to 12.

Notably, the Supreme Court recently directed OJEE to conduct a special test to fill up vacancies.
