'Rahul's Odisha tour was a total success'

Bhubaneswar: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi’s two-day Odisha tour was a total success, said Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) chief Prasad Harichandan in a press meet today.

Party workers and people were very much inspired with the Gandhi scion’s two-day visit which began in Baragarh with ‘Chasi Banchao Padyattra’ on September 10 to attract government’s attention towards farmers’ plight, Harichandn added.

Besides, Rahul Gandhi also visited Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Post Graduate Institute of Paediatrics (SVPPGIP) in Cuttack in the backdrop of the recent spate of infant deaths which claimed over 60 lives in 10 days.

Before leaving for Delhi, he asked his party workers stay united and continue their fight to expose the BJD's inept regime.
