Bhubaneswar: The three-day counselling for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) would begin in the Odisha capital from November 13.

The counselling would be conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) at its Gandamunda office near Khandagiri for three days on November 13, 14, 15.

The registration process for the said course had concluded on Saturday.

It may be recalled that the Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) Ministry, in the last week, had approved admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) in Odisha.

As per the letter received by the Odisha government, the Ministry has approved admission of a maximum of 170 students to BAMS for which the OJEE will conduct the counselling.
