Rourkela: A bandh was observed in Rajgangpur town on Saturday protesting against abduction and murder of a minor student, who was missing since November 15.

Shops and markets were closed due to the bandh. Family members of the deceased are demanding for a CBI probe into the death case.

The boy, who was identified as Aman, was son of businessman Mohanlal Dhanania. The boy’s father lodged an abduction complaint with police. On November 20, Kansabahal police recovered a dead body of minor from Ramlata forest. Later, the family members identified the dead body.

Two minors have been arrested in connection with the death of a minor boy. The police have seized a piston from the arrested duo. Police suspects that the two accused could have committed the crime for money.

Meanwhile, the police is interrogating the arrested minors and looking for clues about the involvement some other persons in the crime.
